She has over 20 years of diverse professional experience leading Human Capital initiatives in Banking, Finance, Retail, Technology and nonprofit organizations. She has experience in fortune 500, start up and international environments. She is a certified executive coach and attended Hampton University, Regis University and George Washington University. She holds a BSBA, Masters in Human Resources, and several certifications and post graduate certificates. She is the President and CEO of The HR Division, an HR consulting firm based in the DC Metro area and serves her clients as an executive and life coach.
